Cmq il problema da te manifestato è stato rilevato da altri (usa il tasto cerca sia qui che sul forum dell'asus) ed è probabilmente dovuto a un problema di alimentazione.
Ovviamente gli id di una chiavetta E172 son diversi da una e220. I valori li trovi nel file di log ovvero tramite il comando dmesg

Salve a tutti.
Ho un modem usb momodesign con sim 3.
Ora come ora ho creato una rete domestica tra un pc dove è fisicamente collegata la chiavetta e altri 2 pc collegati via cavo.
Volevo sapere qual'è la soluzione più economica per creare una rete domestica con un router che mi permetta di condividere la connessione tra i 3 pc fissi e via wireless con due portatili contemporaneamente (portatili+fissi tutti online nello stesso momento), ovviamente sfruttando la chiavetta 3.

Il tuo problema probabilmente è caratterizzato da una cattiva inizializzazione. Probabilmente basta mettere qualche sleep da qualche parte ma non avendo quella chiavetta non posso fare prove.

Come scritto prima,quando vado nella configurazione del router e poi faccio save& restart la chiavetta si connette a internet normalmente.I pid e vid corretti ( 0x12d1/0x1003) sono gia inseriti.Metto il log con la chiavetta connessa a internet

è strano però che non si connetta se non dopo un save&restart...A me capitava inizialmente con il firm 1,68 ,una volta messo l'1,69 ad ogni attacco alla corrente tempo max un minuto e si connette...
Hai provato ad aspettare qualche minuto?Magari per la fretta non hai dato il tempo al modem di connettersi,chissà...
Poi personalmente ho notato differenze di tempistica di collegamento a seconda dell'opzione con cui faccio la connessione,utilizzando ad esempio gprs/edge/umts ci mette di meno che non con l'opzione dial up o user dial ip,o ancora usb modem

Sarò imbranato!!!
Ho fatto tutto quanto ho disabilita autorun su chiavetta honda hm600hs ho messo su firmware 1.70a avendo wgl600v2 con zero cd configuration non mi vede il modem devo inserire vid e pid 0x19d2/0x0001 poi apn datacard.tre.it e numero ho provato sia con *99***1# che con *99# ma nulla non si connette.Sicuramente sbaglio qualcosa posto il log per vedere se riuscite ad aiutarmi.
